Audition requirements for Y.O.U Contemporary Ballet Junior Company:
- Applicants must be aged between 10-16 years old to be considered for a position in the Junior Company and dancing at a Intermediate/Advanced level.
- Female dancers 14 years + must be proficient en Pointe.
- Male dancers must have a strong Ballet & Contemporary technique.
Audition requirements for Y.O.U Contemporary Ballet Main Company:
- Applicants must be aged between 17-25 years old to be considered for a position in the Main Company and dancing at a Advanced/Pre-Professional/Professional level.
- Female dancers must be proficient en Pointe.
- Male dancers must have a strong Ballet & Contemporary technique.

Audition requirements for Y.O.U Contemporary Ballet Pre Professional Program:
- Dancers must be between the ages of 7- 18 years to audition for this program.
- Dancers 7-9 years are not required to have previous ballet training to audition.
- Dancers 9-18 years must have previous Ballet experience relevant to age.
